[pocket-linux] version problem ?

Hello !

Here I am again (already).  I've been working myself through chapter4.  
The Bootdisk boots and the ramdisk is made but when I try to use the 
newly added tools (ls, cat,...) I get a bunch of error messages:

ls: /lib/libc.so.6 : version 'GLIBC_2.3' not found (required by ls)

It's also complaining about ld-linux.so.2...

I made sure that all the necesary files are on the disk (libc.so.6, 
etc....) and stripped them according to the instructions in the Pocket 
Linux Guide.  Is there something I missed ?  I'm thinking about some 
version conflict.  Only place where I didn't follow the guide was when I 
used coreutils instead of the separate sh-utils, textutils en 
fileutils.  Could this have caused my problem ?
